3 Ravens Brewery, located in Thornbury within the City of Darebin, is a pioneering independent craft brewery recognized as a local sustainable business leader. They transitioned to all-electric operations, installed major solar arrays, and integrated an innovative heat-pump waste-recovery system. The system uses the heat that is naturally created by the brewing process to power more brewing! This is one of 21 businesses and organisations we visited for the City of Darebin to explore the many ways sustainable business leaders are driving the reduction of waste and the conversion to all-electric operations across the city.
